At Seven Hills Podiatry we take all precautionary measures to ensure your safety, and follow strict guidelines and protocols to ensure your safety. Your welfare is our priority and we have measures and informed practices in place to ensure you feel safe and comfortable:
- Increased PPE
- Washing hands thoroughly on a regular basis throughout the day
- Allowing more time between appointments to accommodate thorough cleaning before each patient
- All equipment is sterilised for each individual patient
- Hand sanitizer and hand washing facilities are available at all times for staff and patients.
Please read our appointment policy before attending your appointment:
- Please complete a Covid-19 screening form prior to your first appointment
- Please arrive on time for your appointment – but not too early to avoid waiting in the reception area
- We ask that patients come on their own to the clinic, or with one chaperone if necessary
- Hand sanitiser is always available upon arrival and throughout your appointment, along with hand washing facilities
- Please wear a mask to your appointment if you wish to – our staff team will also wear masks to help you feel more comfortable
- We kindly ask patients to pay by contactless card payment to reduce the potential risk of virus transfer. (Payment made by BACS will be accepted, paid in advance).
If you are showing any symptoms of Covid-19 please follow national guidance and remain at home. Please do not attend your appointment to protect our team and other patients – and please remember to cancel your appointment in advance.
